Carbonless copy paper

 


Carbonless copy paper is a paper copying without the need to use carbon paper.

  • It is used in fillout forms, continuous business forms, e.g. invoices, transfer forms


WE OFFER CARBONLESS COPY PAPERS:
  • in wide range of grammages; from 45 g/sqm to 180 g/sqm
  • wide range of colors (white, yellow, pink, green, blue)
  • in rolls and sheets
  • which have a certificate that certify 5 years of printing ability and and 25 years of copy durability
  • with a possibility to produce a paper with specific parameters according to the customer’s needs

TYPES OF CARBONLESS COPY PAPER:

CB ( Coated Back )– „giving” carbonless copy paper original - top page of the set. This carbonless copy papers back side is covered with microcapsules with writing pigment and protective measures against uncontrolled capsules damaging.

CFB ( Coated Front and Back ) – „receiving and giving”  carbonless copy paper; middle page of the set. This carbonless copy paper is created by coating back side of the paper with microcapsules and front side of the paper with special emulsion, so called developer. The effect of copying can be produced as a result of mechanical pressing – a pen, a print head of dot printer, a typewriter. As a consequence of pressing “pigment” is released from microcapsules and it penetrates absorbing layer of the next carbonless copy papers CFB or CF. In a result we receive clearly seen long-lasting imprint on the carbonless copy paper.

CF ( Coated Front )– „receiving” carbonless copy paper; bottom page of the set.

SC ( Self Contained ) – this carbonless copy paper is made by covering paper with a coating consists of mix of CB, capsules, CF developer and protective measures against uncontrolled capsules damaging. Because of simultaneously existance of CB and CF capsules – SC paper following to mechanical impact the capsules break and a pigment is released. As a result, the imprint appears. Every page of SCpaper is automatically an imprint of a copy. SC paper has a high density and needs a special treatment.
