The standard recruitment process in Pasaco comprises 3 stages.

Stage 1 – a candidate’s application documents

An applicant who is interested in starting cooperation with Pasaco shall submit his/her application documents to us. Application documents shall include:

  • a CV/curriculum vitae
  • a covering letter
  • with the clause :  “I hereby give consent for my personal data included in the job offer to be processed for the purposes of recruitment” (under  the Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997  – Journal of Laws /Dz.U./  no. 133 item 883)
  • job position – if the application is the response to our job advertisement.

Stage 2 – the first job interview

All the applications are subject to the initial selection process as a result of which the applicants qualified to the second stage of the recruitment process are invited to take part in a job interview conducted by the staff of our Human Resources Department. During this meeting the qualifications which are required of applicants for a given position are assessed.

Stage 3 – the second job interview

Another meeting is a job interview held by an applicant’s future line manager. During such an interview substantive questions are asked.

The recruitment process may be modified depending on the position which is the subject of the process.

During the recruitment process we are guided by 3 principles:

Confidentiality – we ensure discretion to all candidates submitting their applications

Accuracy – during the recruitment process we check the qualifications which are required of candidates for a given position

Objectivity – all candidates who apply for a given position are subject to the same recruitment procedure
